　　2019考研英语已落下帷幕，阅读理解仍然是很多考生关注的焦点。在今年英语二的第四篇文章的五道题目中，定位点几乎都是长句，甚至出现了独句段，可见今年的命题老师仍然对长难句的考察情有独钟，那么接下来查老师给大家来简单解析下如何快速从长难句的文字中抓住重点，明确解题点，从而得分。

　　下面笔者就这一点给大家做一些简要的分析。

　　对于长难句的理解，在考场上无需纠结每一个词如何翻译，而是要抓住主题词加属性词，明确主要内容。比如：

　　36. Some celebrities star in a new video to ______.

　　这道题的定位点在第一段最后一句。

　　They are part of a bunch of celebrities starring in a new video for World Environment Day—encouraging you, the consumer, to swap out your single-use plastic staples to combat the plastics crisis. [33 words]

　　这句话的主人公为they，代指前面的几位名人，也呼应了题干中的Some celebrities，属性词为starring in a new video，呼应了题干里的star in a new video，这样答案肯定在最后破折号后面。后面的encourage就是呼应选项A里的urge, 这跟2013年英语一第一篇的第二题的替换词一模一样。看到这里很多同学反映后面的swap out不认识，包括还有staple, 其实没有关系，选项里的use of plastics在这句定位句中有完整的呼应，前面的动词就是对应cut，就是swap out。

　　所以可以看出只要对于句子的定位准确，有部分单词不认识，我们依然可以通过句子的结构快速找寻到同义替换的点。

　　另外37. The author is concerned that“moral licensing”may ______

　　这道题定位点在第二段第三句。

　　They could even be harmful, satisfying a need to have “done our bit” without ever progressing onto bigger, bolder, more effective actions — a kind of “moral licensing” that eases our concerns and stops us doing more and asking more of those in charge. [43 words]

　　这句话的主人公为they，也是代指前面的内容，但是这部分信息其实和37的题干并无直接关系，定位点其实在后面破折号，尤其是that后面的内容。而这里的信息中，很关键的属性信息就是eases，stops doing和asking。和选项匹配来说，A和C的prevent和weaken都吻合，但是C里面的accomplishment就没有提及了。而A后半段的further efforts其实就是定位点的doing more 和asking more。

　　另外38.By pointing out our identity as “citizens”, the author indicates that _____

　　这道题定位点是一个独句段，这种段落一般出现在文章里面，命题老师是绝对不会放过的。

　　While the conversation around our environment and our responsibility toward it remains centered on shopping bags and straws, we’re ignoring the balance of power that implies that as“consumers” we must shop sustainably, rather than as“citizens”hold our governments and industries to account to push for real systematic change. [54 words]

　　这句话非常长，开头是个while的让步从句，重点在主句部分，也就是从we’re 开始，而在最后部分又出现了题干定位词“citizens”，这样整个句子的核心锁定在rather than后面。在这部分剩余信息中，中心词就是governments and industries，属性词就是hold，这和选项C 里的government和press匹配，所以这道题最后选C。
